I’m a E-RYT 200 certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance.
I love yoga because it helps provide a sense of stability in a big and complicated world. I see the practice as an opportunity to get reacquainted with one’s most authentic self, and a way to sharpen the tools needed to nurture mind, body, and spirit. My hope is that by practicing together in community, we can slowly carve out those small pockets where treating ourselves and others with gentleness, kindness, and love is easier than it would otherwise be.
One of my top priorities is meeting students where they are. I aim to cultivate a space where participants of any background, shape, or ability can leave any judgment at the door, and find happiness through exploratory physical movement and meditative stillness.
You can find a calendar of upcoming classes I’m teaching here. I also provide one-on-one instruction. If you’re interested, feel free to send me an email.
